I have had three lots of major neck surgery and I am still receiving on going hospital treatment, so the DSE Training has made me understand how to achieve my best possible posture, the use of my eyes and when to take breaks.
Found this very interesting in the fact that I never practised any of it and the Information received is going to help enormously.
I was aware of posture but showed some good markers to know if your sitting correctly. I also liked the little tests and guides to see if your sitting and acting correctly.
