I've done many DSE trainings before but I still learnt some new facts in this session. Also, the course addresses our use of technology in an agile world, reminding us of the importance of still taking care of ourselves, even when we are not sitting at a desk.

Late 50s now and any form of training can be a bit daunting. Found this process very user friendly and the actual training itself is very clear and to the point. Thank you
I found it very useful and it was easy to understand and follow the steps. The questions at the end were straight forward, not trying to catch you out or bamboozle you.
