I was able to change my workspace as I went through this training. The instructions were clear, the illustrations were very useful. I especially liked the combination of live video and demonstrations instead of just 'reading' instructions which can be dull.
Very informative with clear explanations and use of relevant visuals. Good use of multiple speakers and engaging material. It was good to refresh how to use DSE to minimise aches and stress.
Very good and useful pointers on stretching and exercises. Liked the voice over content and easy to follow.

I enjoyed the course, although 45 slides does sound quite a lot when first starting the module! I appreciated the slightly amusing touches here and there. Well put together and easy to understand.
I'd like to say something good about this course but my with my limited knowledge of the English language I can only come up with poo!
Easy to understand and well delivered, jus a couple of glitches with the screen and sound.
I found the training interesting and informative. I like the way it was presented - easy to understand but a good reminder of good practices.
