Very useful and clear, concise video. I'll definitely be incorporating the recommended exercises throughout my working day. Some I do already but some I don't.

I found this DSE training insightful and it covers far more than the usual monitor and chair setup we've come to expect from such courses. Finding out all the responsibilities of your employer including helping to minimise employee stress was also of interest. If only there was 'budget' to buy us nicer chairs, standing desks, sort out the ever fluctuating aircon and there wasn't a collective eyeroll from managers when bringing up DSE issues that may have cost implications!
