Very topical considering our current Pandemic situation. People have different coping strategies for some that would include alcohol and recreational drugs. I think its particularly relevant, and extremely useful.
So many people need help from the course I have just finished but how many actually get the help they need , its so difficult to see anyone these days ,all you seem to hear about is people taking their own lives when its to late they were crying out for help but where was it .
