A good overview in terms of the topic, however I feel it could have had a bit more depth to it. Supporting someone with an addiction requires more information than was given here. However, as a starting framework, this course does a good job in defining problem areas. Would recommend as an introduction to the topic.
I found the course very interesting and of course it worth studing because it fits into my career at the moment.
A good reminder of both the positive and potentially negative effects of alcohol and substance misuse, particularly with only 10 days to go before Christmas!
