I thought it was short and to the point and only took 11 minutes to complete. A little bit expensive for a 11 minute course but good all the same and can be accessed as often as I would like.

I really enjoyed learning about confidence building. I like that the videos were short and simple yet very informative.
The content was good enough for someone who is fairly confident but would probably be a bit basic for people with lower confidence levels.
