Takes a positive view on an underrated subject. Not so sure on the "Superman" pose though!!

I have always struggled with my confidence as a person and within my role at work, this training has given me some new ideas to try and have more confidence and things I can do to maintain my confidence instead of feeling worried and anxious in situations
The presenter spoke clearly in clear uncomplicated language. The content flowed easily and logically using check points to reinforce important ideas. The appearance of the presenter and the backdrop did not interfere with the ideas being communicated. A useful presentation
