This helped me to learn more and gained more knowledge
I am generally not a fan of online courses, but this was one of the better ones. It was professionally presented, had all the relevant information and the conclusions were simply put. There was only one interactive question during the presentation, I feel that more of these would aid learning.
I enjoyed the training but it wasn't easy to passed. It's need to have good listening skills. I took the notes which was help me to answer. I gained knowledge about communication in care. In future I can provide quality of service to use my knowledge.
This training video provided me with great understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a care worker.
