The training was insightful and explained the differences between Bullying & Harassment. If someone was new to Hr & Admin work, this would be very helpful for them.
Great course. I'd like to see the management version of it.
Certainly makes you think about your own behaviour and that of others and should give the employee the confidence to be able to report any problems and know they will be taken seriously.
The course was easy to understand and well presented. I think the segments are a bit to short, bit of a faff having to keep clicking next. Some of the questions I think could be worded better.

Good course that didn't overload you with information. I found the course to be very informative, it kept me interested throughout I didn't loose concentration like I have in the past with similar courses.
Could have done with less small sections, felt I was constantly clicking next !
Course delivered what it needed too, the approach seemed a little "Peter & Jane" approach to the subject. could have done with a bit more interaction along the way....more pop quiz questions please.
