I enjoyed this training course, it wasn't too slow or dumbed down but was clear and logical to follow. I appreciated having the acting out of the circumstances which kept me focused.
A good course that covers quite an emotive subject in a very calm and clear manner.
I learnt quite a lot of knowledge from doing this course and feel that other staff in my department would most definitely benefit from passing it too
