Very useful and good reminder of how to respectful of others, not just in the workplace but in general every day to day life. Treat everyone the way that you want to be treated.

Was very helpful in clarifying how bullying and harassment are associated but also the difference between the to.
The training is a good start to the legal definitions of bullying etc but needs more actual cases of bullying especially in case where the bullying is less obvious such as micro-managing or belittling especially behind closed doors.
