good with everyone doing the course that lessons can be learned going forward no one should be bullied or harassed and this course hopefully gives them the confidence to report it
Even as an older employee I found the course realigned my thoughts about what goes on in the work place and how you should try and get on with all work colleagues even though you may not want to socialize with them outside work. Predominately as you spend a good part of your life working normally with others.
I found this course useful both from the PoV of an individual, and from an organisational one. You defined the terms, set out the courses of action, and laid out what the organisation's responsibilities are. The supplementary material was highly relevant as well. I even learned something here!

This course is slow, repetitive and I find it frustrating that you cannot skip to the quiz even on renewal!
Good content within the training and reminder of good practices in the workplace.
The definitions are structural and clear, though I'd like to have more close to life examples and situations.
