It provided a basic understanding of what bullying and harrassment is, and the differences between them. It gave information on how to deal with bullying and harrasment in the workplace.
This course is very informative and I really enjoyed it.
The course was clear and straightforward.
It used many different forms of learning, not just words on a screen but a person speaking that you could see, there was audio and subtitles available and I could do it at my own pace.
