The introduction and explanation was very useful. The explanation of who and how to complain was very useful. Lastly, a few more examples would have been appreciated.
The tone was patronising (I say this as somebody who has been bullied and has helped others in the same boat). Also the links to additional materials in the first half of the course don't work and only link to the slide I was presently watching.
This course was refreshing, it gave me all the information on how I can increase positivity and a safe working environment for all. In addition to the categories provided and step required to report, there was a great explanation of the effects of bullying and harassment. I feel empowered in finding solutions to uncomfortable or offensive behaviour.
I feel the content of this slides is relevant to me and anyone because I experienced misbehaviours at work and the company didn't help me. In this case my performance decreased and I left.

The Bullying & Harassment training course covers a lot of issues and ground but is presented in a very understandable, clear and relatable way that it makes a complex issue very easy to manage, digest and then be confident to take the related test. ihasco provide great training.
