The video is short and to-the-point so that it is not boring. Good examples are used to highlight the topics being explained.

good introduction, felt that it was approached well, good emphasis on the distinction between strong management and bullying, steps the employee can take. couple of typos (i.e. question 17) and glitches in sound that can be ironed out though!
