I have always tried to carry out these behaviour's and am surprised that others needed to be made aware of them. As a computer course I felt it covered all the important aspects.

Excellent course, in this age of multi-aged staff it is essential all employees are aware of others and their individual needs and not take advantage by bullying or harassing them in any form whatsoever. What could start as mickey-taking could soon escalate into something more serious without intention. The course makes us aware of this throughout.
