Useful tool for both management and employees to understand their duties and rights. Good guidance to create a pleasant environment to eradicate any untoward situation. I feel some thing should be added to arrange a periodical meeting to discuss day to day affairs. This will clear the minds of all concerned and will help for future. Just a small meeting of management and all problems irrespective of any issue.

Having, more than 20 years ago, been the subject of bullying in the workplace bulling , it was refreshing to know that bullying can no longer be termed as 'banter' and acceptable. Thank you.
