I felt that the course was very positive as a platform to reinforce understanding of the subject.I am glad that I passed first time,but at the same time I knew that I could retake it again if necessary!
It is good to know how to deal with bullying and harrassment in the workplace, and having the confidence to report a situation without fear of repercussions, for oneself or another employee.
I enjoyed the course. It was well structured in format, content and length. I learned some information that I wasn't aware of and feel that the course is purposeful to any workplace.

Easy to complete when in a quiet area with no disruptions, great way to complete in house training
This is a very interesting course, though I wish I had done it years ago. It would have been helpful to know what to do when it is the most senior manager of all who is using negative behaviour, as it appeared to have been looked at only from the point of view of a manager.
