It was informative, kept you interested by providing subtle examples and continued testing throughout the presentation to ensure you were still focusing on important points.
A great course for all levels and ability. This course reinforced what i already knew but would definitely highlight to some people what is acceptable in the workplace.
The session shows that seemingly innocent 'normal' behaviour towards employees can be classed as bullying and affect a colleague's mental health. Everyone has been bullied or harassed at some point in their lives and this should be stopped.
