Now that I have reviewed the course this will be rolled out to all managers and Supervisors at this site.

Interesting and easy to understand with great video tuition.

Well explained and thought out which enabled me to understand and take in.

The course was very informative and enjoyable. Very well presented in a good format. Small easy to follow experts.

I would have liked to have been able to redo the course again to get 100%

I found this to be very helpful as a relatively new Manager in terms of how long I have been managing. The course highlighted some areas where I can improve and as a team/ company we can improve our culture to become a happier and productive team.

This course would be good as a refresher or as a high level training but as someone who has done this training in a classroom I feel that that it is missing the interaction and the conversations that are opened up with multiple participants.This would be a good course in lieu of classroom based training during the Covid-19 restrictions.
