I enjoyed this although wish I had read the question correctly before answering a couple of questionsMost of the positive issues identified in this course are subconsciously understood without a label.Listening to a 3rd party put labels onto some of the course issues, raises awareness of issues mearly by giving names i.e. Bully and Victim
A good overview of this issue, with guidance for positive behaviour
The course was well set out, each section was well hi-lighted and each section broken down for ease of watching and listening too.

Not sure why, but I couldn't hear the audio - good that there was also a transcript. The question in the test on sexual harassment I felt was open to interpretation and could benefit from being re-written.
