The content was good but having a Black woman as the bully and a white man as the victim creates poor visuals when women and people of colour are far more likely to be bullied or harassed than white men. Having a Black woman as the bully just perpetuates existing prejudices.
Good content but slightly too long.
I really enjoyed this course, the delivery was perfect, I completely understood the aims and objectives. The course was clear and i took everything in and learned quite a bit

Link much online training the questions in the quiz feel more about trying to catch you out then understanding if you are dyslexic.
As always the i-Hasco online training is a relevant and useful source of learning and the online based platform means it is easy to access and keep up with trends and key aspects of management training.

The right amount of time to keep the attention span. The content flowed nicely and it was presented as supportive for managers to not shy away from this area
Bullying shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere and I’m really glad that it’s dealt with seriously at my place of work because it’ll make me feel more safe in the environment
