I thought it was very good. The training weas clear, comprehensive and thought provoking and very clear on the differences between Bullying and Harassment and offered organisations like ours excellent guidance on how we can take our practice forward in creating a safe and thriving environment for all employees.
Interesting and thought provoking. Useful course and it provided a good analysis of the differences between bullying and harassment.
Good opportunity to highlight aspects of bullying and harassment that might happen and how to support staff with it, particularly for anybody who isn't well experienced in being a manager
this slide show was very informitive and gives you a good insight into Bullying/Harassments
very easy to follow the programme. Bite sized chunks and regular summaries allows information to be retained. Really good course.
