I liked that it explained clearly the difference between bullying and harrassment and advises pro-active ways to prevent this in the first place
Definitely a useful course to support creating a positive culture
Accommodated a number of learning styles, which I liked.
Really good training module, and important to refresh on it annually. I particularly valued the guidance on how / when to take appropriate action if bullying or harrassment is experienced. Also an excellent reminder to constantly reflect on one's own behaviours.
