Felt like there was a lot missing about awareness of hazards, pedestrians, types of vehicles, and how they can manoeuvre within specific areas. These things are essential in the role too.
Videos to long easy to lose concentration
Not good for banking articulated vehicles ,also poor light situations ie:night working
As allways this course will only be as good as the live training.
We are a passenger vehicle transport company so some information is not so relevant to us, and could be more relatable if you offered different types of transport in banksman essentials. Otherwise, good info, easy to watch and use. I liked it!

This would be more help to drivers if it could be linked to drivers CPC modules And probably get more people doing it as well
Doesn't help in directing lorries into heavy two way traffic (on your own???)also a pedestrian crossing on the exit has been newly added.... So still not confident in stopping traffic to allow lorries to do so.... Even in a hi viz jacket!!!! Although I passed at 100 pent... A lot is not relevant at the garden centre ... Don't feel confident enough until shown on a practical level as regards to extremely busy main road
I don't understand what Banksman training has got to do with the roll of the job I do found it really boring so that's why I have given the star rating of 3
