As a trainer myself i find a practical training course is better than a virtual or a computer question / answer test. as a one to one training course shows the candidates strengths and weaknesses . although on this occasion i understand that it was not possible
Over the past 20 years i have seen lots of companies adapt there own hand signals for different Banksman tasks this is quite common.
The Banksman in the video was wearing shorts which are totally banned on most proper construction sites and there were signals on the training I've not seen in 30 years.
