Having completed a practical Banksman training course some years ago this was a good refresher. I wouldn't expect it to be sufficient without practical training though.
The course gave me all the information and examples I needed; in a clear and concise way, enabling me to complete the test and now transfer that knowledge into my day to day employment responsibilities.

Although previously done similar training, this certainly taught me something, in ideal world world won’t really use but should the need arise……this has assisted in knowledge building……even if I did fluff up a couple questions haha

Although I have a little experience as Banksman it was good to receive a reminder of the basics of the hand signals
Easy to follow and understand and it gets the information across well.
