Content was ok but took a long time to digest constant interruptions makes it very difficult to concentrate. Being on shift meant having to break off to help with personal cares and spending time with guests. I could not complete in a timely manor so had to do at home. As I was getting very anxious about not competing this task and making mistakes getting the answers wrong.
This course would be better without the videos, the script gives adequate information. The videos only prolong the length of each unit which i find quite frustrating.

some of the visuals are distracting e.g. playing cards - focus on the card playing and not concentrate on the content. some of the questions are worded in a "hard to understand " manner like using double negatives. thge question does not seem clear.
This is very hard and requires a great deal of attention. Complex.
The content was inromative and gave the basic information tha would be suitable for new team members and a refresher course for care staff. However for managers I feel that more indepth training would be benfical, especially arounding more challenging decisions and empowering people to make thier own decisions.

I felt the noisy inaudible audio at times made learning of the "mental capacity training" very difficult and less interesting. i would consider repeating this module if the audio recording is improved.
Interesting course, liked the test
