The course basically states the obvious rather than teaching anything. I find the speed of the videos too slow, I prefer to read the transcripts but then sit waiting to be able to move on.

The cause has broadened my mind and also teaches me not to assume incapacity for a mentally ill person but always assume they have capacity unless he or she has been accessed.
There is a lot of information, I recommend downloading the script and re-reading. When taking the test, do take your time and read the multiple choice answers carefully before selecting as once selected you cannot change your mind. The content is informative, relevant and changes your perspective of how you used to think.
