I want to say have you ever listen that there are deaf people who have hearing problems that may be hard of hearing which I am one of them so maybe you could put subtitles on your video recorder site in which I am disappointed as I have pointed this before.
I was using my iPhone to do this training and on multiple occasions I selected the wrong answer while trying to scroll
Some of videos were quiet long and some repeated the same thing. But overall questions related to the course content
Content good, timescale acceptable.

It was very much learning by rote but the presenter was good and the examples also the video at the end was effective
From the point of view of a surveyor, details about the different types of asbestos (white, blue or brown) are unnecessary. It is more important that when we enter any building constructed before 2000, we are aware of the many uses of asbestos and be able to identify the locations where it is most likely to be found. More photographs giving examples like exterior soffits, pipe lagging, old fuse boxes, dividing walls in 1950’s houses etc which are not immediately obvious to the untrained eye would be a useful reminder of what to look out for.
The course was let down (as often seems to be the case) by some bad test questions. For instance, to ask who is at 'higher' risk of asbestos is meaningless, because you do not say 'higher' than what. It would be a nonsense to assert that people who are not routinely disturbing asbestos are at a similarly high risk to those who are, and yet that is the implication of the answer you require. The question about asbestos breaking down in the lungs was also bad, as the course material suggested that blue and brown asbestos are more resistant to breakdown than white asbestos. That can only be true if white asbestos has some potential to break down. Either the course material or the test question has been over-simplified on this point.
If you want to know what Asbestos is, or what it can do you then its a 5 star course!But..considering its an "Awareness" Course, it doesnt actually show you what Asbestos looks like in a real life enviornment !So although you are instructed to 'Stop work immediately' if you see or suspect Asbestos is present, it doesnt show you what it actually looks like.Saying this, It does make reference that it may difficult to spot as it could be painted over or taped over (when used for insulation on pipes) , or covered in Moss (when used as a ceiling tile)
