A general introduction but no real detai

It would have been helpful to have provided some detail into how employees in actual working environments have coped with their own particular anger management issues & what they found worked for them in overcoming these - i.e., putting successful methods in place.

The Course for me has positive teachings

The Course for me has positive education / teachings in it which i have learnt from today which is applicable to not just at work but outside work- knowing anger is neither good or bad but importantly what one can do with it is what matters. I will recommend the course to be done by everyone and periodically dropped in for all to refresh on it again.
