Useful course

A good course. Some of the information needs updating regarding the procedure for administering the different types of adrenaline auto-injector pens.

course was deliverd well and easy to understand enjoyed the course Its increased my knowedlege of the diffrent allergy etc.

4/5
a bit long winded

More relevant to teaching staff than facilities staff as we have little interaction with the children and therefore are less likely to be aware of their individual health plans etc.

4/5
User friendly, informative & engaging

A user friendly, simple to follow training course. All the relevant information. Clear & engaging videos & questions to test acquired knowledge.

4/5
Easy to follow procedures

A good & informative course. Dealing with & outlining all sorts of issues & guidelines to follow in order to keep the welfare of students safe.

4/5
Good content, but sound keeps skipping

Good content, although I have a child with a severe nut allergy, but was a good refresher for me. Once again, sound track kept skipping and words were missing as with previous courses I've completed so far, hence only 4 stars.

4/5
Clear guidance

Clear guidance and advice on what to do

4/5
too long for one test.

It was comprehensive and clear. It would have been better to have divided it up so that there were 2-3 tests and not one covering all the material. I took lengthy notes as my working memory is not good but felt that there was a lot of repetition which was helpful on one level but made the training long.

4/5
Good

Useful and concise. Maybe helpful for other staff, particularly prior to taking girls out on trips.
