There’s a lot in this course that does not apply to non teaching staff such as myself but that said it is useful to have a working knowledge of what to do.

We run dementia and community cafes with our students in the community. We are very careful to tell people about what is in the food in respect to allergies. But this course sharpens up our practice even more. Makes us very aware about being very careful.
