found the training good, though would have appreciated the opportunity to read the transcript and then move straight on (seem to need the video playing as well)
Succinct and to the point. Enough information with key elements repeated to get the point across. Use of video was welcomed. Delivery was very good thank you. A good refresher.
It was short simple and straight to the point
Unlike many e-learning courses that use very frequent multiple choice questions to check you're listening this one uses a few to monitor engagement and then one at the end. I like that approach. I find multiple choice questions are generally badly written and hard to understand and spend more time trying to work out what they're trying to ask than paying attention to the actual course. Slides were straightforward and engaging my only criticism is I prefer to be able to listen or read (usually I prefer the second option) and I couldn't work out if I could do that. I tend to digest less when I'm listening than when I actually read myself.
