Can the supporting documentation be tailored and specific? For example the accident report form is not the one we use in house . Can links be added to our information, contacts, policies etc?
I think it’s helpful to do the course work
This was the right length of time to get the key messages over and it gave good practical examples for different situations. It prompted you to seek out information from your organisation on how it is reported, recorded and how to do this. It showed you in written, graphic and verbal communications why it is important and how you as an individual can contribute to a safer working environment.
An engaging and fast paced training course that concisely covers the vital information and context for accident reporting.
Overall I found the course okay, sometimes I had to rewind it abit to get all the information because he was talking to fast but I’m happy with my score

The course was good nice bite size chunks to absorb the main messages. The quiz answers would favour from a confirm button to give a final chance to change your answer. On my test an inadvertent 'mouse error' selected the wrong answer to which there was not return.
