I already had a relatively good understanding of how to report accidents in the workplace, and have had experience of doing so, however I found it beneficial to refresh my knowledge and would recommend this course to colleagues.

The course is in small bite size chunks so you are not flooded with too much information all at once. The questions along the way are also good as these keep your mind focused.

Very good, easy to use

I found this course to be very convenient. I liked the delivery style of the video and the interaction of the testing to confirm knowledge. The information given was concise, what was needed and at the right level not to become boring which would lead to disengagement. Overall I feel this method of training is effective and cost efficient.
