Shame I could not have the sound on at work, may have got 100% instead of 90%!
I thought the course was very informative and it gradually went from the basic outlines to detailed requirements of an accident report form. The importance of having a reporting system to improve the overall safety and health and the fact that it would be reflected on the company's risk assessment form. In this way unsafe practices can be avoided and problems rectified to ensure a safe environment. I really enjoyed the course and look forward to taking more courses
