time is of the essence is misleading, as it means if its not done immediately its not required which is not correct when reporting accidents

Training fine, but did not save details

Training was easy to follow. I liked the video format. However, it did not show that I had completed the course, although I got a certificate, so I redid it which was a bit of a waste of time.
