slides were a lot
It is helping my to follow the regulation how to us the stepladder.
Informative but covered areas that I would never come in contact with within my job role.

Enjoyed the training as it covered many aspects. Only slight downside was dryness of presenter.
This is a good course in that it has a lot of information which is made simple by breaking it down into bite-size chunks. Perhaps the only improvements which could be made are to emphasize the difference between a restraint lanyard and a fall-arrest lanyard and to perhaps include a little bit more detail regarding the fitting, use and inspection of harnesses. A lot of people think that a harness alone will protect them! In addition, if this course is solely for the UK market, then some of the relevant WaH licences such as PASMA or IPAF could be mentioned, rather than just say "suitably trained" for some of the equipment mentioned.
I take this course as a TA with responsibility for displays. Some of the course is not relevant as I really only use step ladders but it gives good reminders about basic safety when working at heights.

More information and detail on wjhat to look for on safe scaffolding and when using it would have been ideal.
