I found the course a bit too long and had to take the test twice because there was a lot of information to absorb.
The course content was clear and concise, the graphics were also clear and illustrated the relevant points well. Over all, an engaging and easy to swallow piece of training.

Good quality and informative. But maybe too long.
I felt as if a lot of the content was irrelevant to those working in care, it could be simplified and more emphasis on how to deal with data I.e. kept in a lockable drawer
