The training was focused on business and not enough clinical examples given. The training was too generic and did not give clear enough examples within a clinical setting
The training was good, but having the test right at the end after an hour of quite a lot of confusing jargon is a bit mean. Why don't you have a test at the end of each section? Especially trying to remember the different GDPR terms, and rights.
Found this course really hard and if honest not totally relevant to a job in a Restaurant.
In previous courses we were able to just read the transcript rather than have to watch all the videos which definitely made it take longer, as for some sections having the option of just reading the transcript feels adequate.
