certain modules were a bit long
Made me understand better how important data protection is and not only that
Concise and well presented but too heavy on content to be able to fully absorb in one video. Whilst the course covered everything necessary to gain a good appreciation of GDPR there was a lot of information presented and although there were only 20 questions, difficult to absorb all the key points raised from the course content sufficiently, as felt too long to hold one's attention, meaning that concentration waned, resulting in a few wrong answers. Perhaps would be better to make as a 2 part course with 10 questions set at the end of each of the two parts.
It is one of the longest courses and quite intense. It would have been useful to build in a couple of breaks. Also there was nothing in the course about responding to FOI & SAR. These are important for a council and any staff member may be required to contribute to such responses.
GDPR remains a dry subject that is difficult to grasp in depth. I think the course presented it quite well. The case studies brought it to life.
When I select Next I want the next video to run NOT have then then press the grey play arrow too.
Very long & wordy....but not sure how you could make it less
This course was easy to follow and the bite size videos allowed me to complete the course in my own time and come back when it was convenient. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn more about GDPR. Before taking the course I knew very surface level information but after completion of this course I can say I have a more advanced and detailed understanding of GDPR.

A few of the points covered in the question set were not that well covered in the training or they were ambiguous. I found that the training had loaded, 'trick' questions which add confusion, not clarity!
