Very quick and straightforward
Clear and Concise
I found the course clear and concise with what you need to learn. It is not too long, which helps with attention and remembering the important points to reduce the likelihood of an injury. I think the use of powerpoint and transcript helps different learner types to make sure everyone can learn quickly.
