New material even for someone who has done a lot of reading on this subject.
I think this was a really good introduction to setting goals. Asking the partcipant to think of their own goals is a good way for them to think about the process and what is need to achieve the chosen goals.
I do not think I have ever been so annoyed at a training video as this, the patronizing nature of the whole thing is incredibly irritating and I had to force myself not to walk away in anger several times, do think this was a total waste of time and as usual it appears to be made for kindergarten students rather than adults adding to the irritation.
A very easy to follow course, worded simply for all to understand especially people who are new to conducting appraisals. The goal setting, reviewing and preparing is very g.ood advise
Really inspiring and in bite sized pieces. Adaptable for everyone.
The way this is presented does not suit everyone and made me disengage with this course
The course was intriguing on how it relates to my current challenges and how various methods such as SMART and WOOP can be implemented. Not all aspects can be used as certain tasks can be dependant on current situations such as setting up a new business sector.
