Good content for topic

This content was bang on trend, and the use of graphics and animations really enhance the points the writers and trainers are trying to get across. Keep up the good work!

Summary of SMART was very useful

As a Gen-X person, I found the WOOP methodology quite unrelatable. Generally our sense of achievement comes from completing tasks, excellence, and innovation. We're not especially focussed on trying to visualise how we will feel when the project is done. We just get on with it and celebrate later. Work hard, play hard for example. I often don't feel like doing some parts of my job. Never the less, I don't live according to how I feel in the moment, but rather, I accept that I will be happy sometime in the future when the job is done, and done well. Hope that makes sense. I do acknowledge that the addition of the WOOP methodology helps younger generations who struggle with anxiety of setting SMART goals and find the process overwhelming.
