This was a useful refresher. The trainer is very easy to listen to and clear. The course isn't boring and moves through the material in detail but at a reasonably pace. Great course.
Clear and easy to understand information sections, good selection of questions for the end test to show understanding of all areas.
Like the audio clips - easier to follow than text. Also liked the short quiz throughout and the bigger test at the end. Straightforward and succinct.

This course is very informative and brilliant for staff who can't attend face to face training. My setting think very highly of the e-learning training that is provided. It's a very valuable resource that gives practitioners the chance to have high quality training. Thank you.

The content was ordered in an excellent way and I appreciated the review at the end of each section. The presenter was clear and unaffected and didn’t get in the way of the content. However good the presenter, and she was good, I did wish for a change of voice sometimes. The graphics helped with concentration as the subject matter was important but not exhilarating.
