The course was to the point and summarised each section before moving onto the next, helping me to memorise the information that I needed to. The course content was a mix of visuals, written statements, a narrator and additional documents and allowed me to go at my own pace, giving me the opportunity to take notes and re repeat any section that I felt I needed to cover again.
Excellent course. Interactive and thought provoking.

An excellent training session, everything is explained in details with useful summaries and a transcript. The test is challenging but allows you to revisit the section of the course that addresses errors or misconceptions.
Appreciated the visuals and the transcripts, having the facility to go back and review and also to undertake the training at a pace that suited me
Especially useful around pre employment checks including DBS
The training was set out well. I liked the visual prompts and found the regular checks on learning throughout the course very helpful.
I have learnt there are 3 different points when recruiting which is DETER, IDENTIFY & REJECT, PREVENT & REJECT. I have learnt laws & policies included in safer recruitment is Safer Recruitment Policy, Equality & Diversity, Rehabilitation of Offenders Policy. I have learnt that proof of identity is required such as passport & birth certificate which must include Name, DOB, Address & photographic identity.
