Course in informative and easy to use

The course was very informative, easy to use and understand and emphasised the importance of the subject matter. My only concern is that as our company grows some of the information will need to be updated to include the procedures for Ireland and Holland for example

4/5
Informative and clear

There were a few delays to progress through each section and as I was using an iPad which is very touch sensitive, my screen jumped to a new question in my test which was wrongly answered due to my touch sensitive screen.

concise, clear and effective.

This is a brief but comprehensive course and test which covers the necessary information all teachers and careers should know to ensure child protection.

Hhmmm

Sadly the childminder question is a little confusing. In England and Wales it is illegal for a registered childminder to smack a child. Terrorism section interesting but could be slightly offensive i.e 'promote 'British values'???

4/5
Good information provision.

Although the training gave very useful and clear information the graphics were sometimes distracting, especially when they involved words that were different to those being said by the presenter e.g. during the texting element and during the reporting element. The details in the report were useful but the presenter needs to pause to allow you to take in what they are saying (i.e. what you have to write in the report) and then to read the contents of the report to give you an idea of exactly the sort of thing you should write.

good

quite long but I guess it has to be to cover everything

4/5
Somewhat depressing - emphasise rarity

Aimed at workers with younger children - would be useful to have something more re teenagers
