I thought the training package was very good. It was clear and not too long-winded. It was easy to navigate through the pages, and covered alll relevant material.
Just a series of spoken lists that require 0% engagement by the learner. Based around lots of repetitive phrases and camera shots. No discussion of the issues beyond superficial statements of fact. There are far better resources on safeguarding available produced by bodies such as the NSPCC.
Very useful for practitioners who have no experience or knowledge of Safeguarding. Would benefit from covering the prevent duty in more detail.
A simplistic yet informative course suitable for beginners and those new to working with children.

I was not impressed with the visuals used in this training. The subject matter is very serious and at times I felt it was almost comic like. One could ask if visuals are required at all.
The course was very informative, easy to use and understand and emphasised the importance of the subject matter. My only concern is that as our company grows some of the information will need to be updated to include the procedures for Ireland and Holland for example
